The Ocucaje Mosto Verde Quebranta is a fruity, very powerful Pisco rum of the Peruvian Andes, bottled without adding.

For the production uses only the best grapes Quebranta. These are pressed and the juice is then fermented. The term “Mosto Verde” now indicates that the fermentation is stopped prematurely and remaining in a certain part of residual sugar in the wine. This gives a very distinctive flavor profile.

Aroma: grapes, fruity, delicate Muskatellernoten and hints of dried berries.

Taste: fruity and complex, sweetness and fruit.

The Ocucaje Mosto Verde Quebranta has only been a pleasure but unfolds its true class in a traditional Pisco Sour.
